Le ZTD mesure le retard du signal GNSS du a l'atmosphere. Ses variations refletent la dynamique de la vapeur d'eau au-dessus du reseau — un signal meteorologique regional capte simultanement par l'ensemble des stations.
La dispersion σ3D mesure la repetabilite de la position calculee sur la periode. Une faible dispersion confirme la stabilite physique des bornes et la qualite de la chaine de calcul PPP-AR.
